Privacy and contact preferences

When you submit a cruise, we collect your first name, email address, cruise line, ship, sailing date, cabin type, passenger count and ages, fare, included perks, booking source, and booking date. We use those details to record your request, review possible fare changes, and contact you about your cruise and related travel services.

Your booking details are available to Jon through a private advisor view. Our hosting provider stores the request, Resend delivers email, and the sailing catalog helps find ship and itinerary details. We do not sell your booking details. Partner links to excursions and insurance take you to those providers’ own sites and policies.

CruiseHound sends a confirmation when you submit. For supported sailings, it checks published fares about twice a week until departure and flags possible changes for Jon. Published fares may differ from your reservation because of occupancy, ages, taxes, promotions, perks, cabin category, and availability. Jon reviews an exact quote before contacting you about a possible adjustment. Later promotional follow-ups may cover excursions, insurance, flights, or hotels. You can stop promotional emails using the link in a CruiseHound email or by replying UNSUBSCRIBE. A confirmation of a new request may still be sent. We keep records while needed to handle requests and business records; ask Jon to correct or delete information associated with your request.
